The Role

We’re looking for energetic, motivated, and people-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales & Outreach Associates. You’ll be the face of Rayatic, meeting customers wherever they may be to help them understand and access our solar solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for young, ambitious people who want to kickstart a career in sales, marketing, or clean energy. Experience in a similar role is very much appreciated but not required. 

What You’ll Do

• Engage directly with potential customers through field outreach across homes, offices, and public spaces.

• Educate customers about Rayatic’s solar packages, financing options, and how solar can save them money.

• Identify and follow up on leads, supporting the team to close new customer sales.

• Participate in community activations, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.

• Gather customer feedback and share insights to help improve our approach.

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and performance.

Who You Are

• Energetic, confident, and persuasive — you enjoy talking to people and helping them make decisions.

• Reliable and self-motivated, with a positive attitude toward targets and teamwork.

• Eager to learn and grow in sales, marketing, or renewable energy.

• Able to communicate fluently in English and at least one local language.

• Comfortable using a smartphone and basic digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, etc.).
